A Note to Our Customers

First things first: Venture On RV Repair is NOT going out of business.

This is only a temporary pause in accepting new customers. If you’re already a customer—or already on the schedule—you are covered. You’ll continue to be able to call, book, and count on us.

We’re making this pause for one reason: to serve our existing customers with the outstanding service they deserve. 

My personal mantra has always been, “Do what you say you’re going to do, when you say you’re going to do it.” Lately, I’ve fallen short of that standard, and that’s not acceptable.

When I started Venture On as a wild idea sparked by a friend, I didn’t fully anticipate some of the challenges:

• The demand. You’ve been calling non-stop—and I’m incredibly grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us.
• Hiring. My standards are high because yours are, and finding the right people to uphold that has been tougher than expected. (If you know someone great, send them my way!)
• Costs and shortages. Rising prices and unpredictable part availability, fueled by tariff uncertainties, have made scheduling and repairs more difficult to manage.

That’s why I’m hitting pause on new customers—to clear the backlog of jobs, reset, and reimagine what Venture On looks like moving forward.

What won’t change: our core values, our dedication, our logo, and our commitment to those who’ve already trusted us with their rigs.

What will change? Stay tuned. It’ll be for the better—you have my word.
